Technical Store Manager / مدير المستودعات الفنية

Department: Technical | Reports To: Technical Director

JAV Technic is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to lead and manage our Technical Store operations. Join our team and be part of a leading aircraft maintenance organization committed to safety, quality, and excellence.

1. Qualifications:

1. At least ten years' experience in the aviation field.
2. Human factor course.
3. Part-145 Knowledge in relation to materials and parts control, receiving, Storage and handling.
4. Computer skills.
5. Quality Manuals training.
6. Dangerous Goods Training.
7. Management courses.
8. Part-145 SMS (Safety Management System course).
9. Root causes analyses course.
10. Knowledge and experience on Stores Management Systems such as ROSADA or similar system.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Monitor the status of the store and the store records to be kept consistent with each other.
2. Establish parts receiving inspection procedure and implement it through the store inspection.
3. Establish a shelflife program, to ensure no expiry item on Technical store shelf's.
4. Ensure that the published Fire plan is displayed at all locations and ensure the serviceability of firefighting equipment within the premises of Technical store (fire extinguishers, fire hoses, alarm systems etc.).
5. Establish a traceability procedure for parts released from and returned to stores.
6. Monitor and supervise parts shipment.
7. Monitor and supervise disposal /scrap and unserviceable parts.
8. Monitor and supervise calibration store performance.
9. Maintain a Quarantine Area.
10. Monitor personnel tool boxes.
11. Manage inventory storage of consumable material to ensure traceability of batch control.
12. Ensure the storage of parts, equipment, tools and material under conditions that provide security and prevent deterioration and damages to stored items.
13. Ensure the Storage accommodations from the manufacturers for aircraft components are to be followed.
14. Responsible for annual assessment of Technical Store Staff to assure that they are properly trained, technically skilled and understand the application of the human factors and human performance issues.
15. He is responsible for the incoming inspection of components, parts, materials, tools, and equipment, the related classification, segregation and storage according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
16. Before issuance any components from JAV TECHNIC Store, Store Manager shall contact Production Planning Team Leader to advise AD's status.
17. Inform/Material department about Dispatch of components for Repair / Overhaul / Calibration.
18. Report Details of loan parts defect to Logistic Manager who in turn shall inform loan parts.
19. Store Manager shall ensure the outgoing components shipments meet JAV TECHNIC requirements in addition to Manufacturer Tracking specification.
20. Store Manager Responsible to routable in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
21. Store Manager Responsible to ensure Storage racks strong enough to hold stored items.
22. Store Manager shall ensure standards parts are returned back to Customer/Operator aircraft being maintained.
23. Follow-up on a monthly basis of a calibrated tooling due to calibration, the due tooling have been removed and stored in a secured area.

5. تدريب على أدلة الجودة.
6. تدريب البضائع الخطرة.
7. دورات إدارية.
8. دورة نظام إدارة السلامة (SMS) طبقا لـ Part-145.
9. دورة تحليل الأسباب الجذرية.
10. معرفة وخبرة في أنظمة إدارة المستودعات مثل نظام ROSADA أو ما شابهه.

2. الواجبات والمسؤوليات:

1. مراقبة حالة المستودع وسجلات المستودع لضمان تناسقها مع بعضها البعض.
2. إعداد إجراء لفحص المواد المستلمة وتطبيقه من خلال فحص المستودع.
3. إنشاء برنامج لعمر الصلاحية لضمان عدم وجود أي مادة منتهية الصلاحية على رفوف المستودع الفني.
4. التأكد من عرض خطة الحريق المنشورة في جميع المواقع وضمان جاهزية معدات مكافحة الحريق داخل مبنى المستودع الفني.
5. وضع إجراء تتبع للأجزاء الصادرة من المستودعات والمرتجعة إليها.
6. مراقبة والإشراف على شحن الأجزاء.
7. مراقبة والإشراف على التخلص من الخردة والأجزاء غير الصالحة للخدمة.
8. مراقبة والإشراف على أداء مستودع المعايرة.
9. الحفاظ على منطقة الحجر الصحي.
10. مراقبة صناديق أدوات الموظفين.
11. إدارة تخزين المخزون للمواد الاستهلاكية لضمان تتبع التحكم في الدفعات.
12. ضمان تخزين الأجزاء والمعدات والأدوات والمواد في ظروف توفر الأمان وتمنع التدهور والأضرار للمواد المخزنة.
13. التأكد من اتباع متطلبات التخزين الصادرة عن الشركات المصنعة لمكونات الطائرات.
14. المسؤولية عن التقييم السنوي لموظفي المستودع الفني لضمان تدريبهم بشكل صحيح ومهارتهم الفنية وفهمهم لقضايا العوامل البشرية والأداء البشري.
15. مسؤول عن الفحص الوارد للمكونات والأجزاء والمواد والأدوات والمعدات والتصنيف والفصل والتخزين وفقا لتوصيات الشركة المصنعة.
16. قبل إصدار أي مكونات من المستودع، يجب الاتصال برئيس فريق تخطيط الإنتاج لإبلاغه بحالة توجيهات الصلاحية.
17. إبلاغ قسم المواد حول إرسال المكونات للإصلاح أو العمرة أو المعايرة.
18. الإبلاغ عن تفاصيل عيوب الأجزاء المعارة إلى مدير الخدمات اللوجستية.
19. التأكد من أن شحنات المكونات الصادرة تلبي متطلبات الشركة بالإضافة إلى مواصفات تتبع الشركة المصنعة.
20. مسؤول عن العناصر القابلة للتوجيه وفقا لتوصيات الشركة المصنعة.
21. التأكد من أن رفوف التخزين قوية بما يكفي لتحمل المواد المخزنة.
22. التأكد من إعادة الأجزاء القياسية إلى طائرة العميل أو المشغل التي يتم صيانتها.
23. المتابعة الشهرية للأدوات التي حان موعد معايرتها والتأكد من إزالة الأدوات المستحقة وتخزينها في منطقة آمنة.
