تعلن شركة البوتاس العربية (APC) عن توفر فرصة وظيفية بمسمى مهندس أول - صيانة مدنية (Senior Engineer - Civil Maintenance).

Plan, supervise, and monitor all civil maintenance activities within APC facilities.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all civil assets and infrastructure within the plants to maximize asset reliability and minimize unplanned failures.
Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance works are executed in accordance with approved specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Plan, coordinate, and manage all civil shutdown activities, ensuring maintenance works are completed safely, efficiently, and within the approved shutdown schedule to avoid any impact on plant operations.
Coordinate maintenance priorities with Operations and Maintenance Departments to ensure optimum plant availability.
Review contractors' work progress, invoices, variation orders, and technical submittals.
Prepare maintenance plans, technical reports, KPIs, and progress updates.
Identify maintenance risks, recommend corrective actions, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure timely completion of maintenance activities while minimizing operational interruptions and maintaining the integrity of plant civil infrastructure.

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with credible professional certifications is a must.
A minimum of (10) years of experience in civil maintenance, industrial facilities, or infrastructure projects.
Good knowledge of contract administration, maintenance planning, shutdown management, and site supervision.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to read, write, and speak Arabic and English are a must.
High proficiency in computer and Microsoft applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks.
High integrity with a personal commitment to employee health and safety.
Team worker and must be able to respond to off-hour emergencies.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively.
The preferred age is below 40 years old.
