فرصة تدريب: متدرب مالي (Finance Intern) - جمعية إغاثة أطفال فلسطين

تعلن جمعية إغاثة أطفال فلسطين (PCRF) عن توفر فرصة تدريب في القسم المالي (Finance Department) في الأردن لمدة 3 أشهر.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• المساعدة في إدخال الفواتير ومعاملات الدفع في أنظمة Bisan و Microsoft Dynamics.
• دعم عملية التشغيل المتوازي للأنظمة لضمان دقة البيانات لعمليات الأردن ومصر.
• مراجعة الوثائق الداعمة للفواتير والمدفوعات لضمان الامتثال للسياسات المالية.
• تنظيم وأرشفة الوثائق المالية في الصيغتين الورقية والإلكترونية.
• دعم الفريق المالي في إعداد التقارير والبيانات المطلوبة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
• فهم أساسي لمبادئ المحاسبة والإجراءات المالية.
• إتقان تطبيقات Microsoft Office، وخاصة Excel.
• دقة عالية واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
• مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
• يفضل الإلمام بأنظمة ERP مثل Microsoft Dynamics و Bisan.

Job Opportunity: Finance Intern - Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF)

Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF) is offering a 3-month internship opportunity within the Finance Department in Jordan.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in entering invoices and payment transactions into Bisan and Microsoft Dynamics systems.
• Support the parallel run process, ensuring accurate data entry for Jordan and Egypt operations.
• Review supporting documentation to ensure compliance with finance policies and procedures.
• Organize, file, and maintain financial records in both physical and electronic formats.
• Support the Finance team in preparing reports and financial data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Bisan) is desirable.
