📢 Job Opportunity | Senior R&D Research and Formulator
📍 Location: Jordan

⏰ Position: Full-time
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Research & Development (R&D) in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Design and develop robust formulations for syrups, creams, ointments, and non-sterile products.
- Conduct pre-formulation studies (API characterization, compatibility, solubility, stability risk assessment).
- Lead pilot and industrial scale-up batches.
- Transfer formulations to Production and Manufacturing sites.
- Support validation batches (PV/PPQ) and troubleshoot scale-up issues.
- Strong knowledge of formulation science and excipient functionality.
- Understanding of GMP, ICH guidelines (Q8, Q9, Q10).
- Experience with stability studies and regulatory documentation.
- Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and process parameters.
- Experience in regulated markets (EU, JFDA, SFDA, GCC).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of standard pharmaceutical practices; GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ability to interpret data and present findings through technical reports and presentations.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities (QA, QC, Production, Regulatory).
- Investigate manufacturing deviations and batch failures related to formulation.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
