📢 Quality Assurance Senior Officer – Food Industry
National Poultry Company is pleased to announce an exciting career opportunity for the position of Quality Assurance Senior Officer within our food production facility.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce quality assurance procedures across production lines.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC, and other food safety standards.
- Conduct internal audits and support external inspections.
- Supervise QA technicians and coordinate training programs.
- Investigate non-conformities and lead corrective/preventive actions.
- Work as a focal point between JFDA, JSMO, MOH, etc., and our company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality objectives.
🎓 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in food quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
- Safety certification is a plus.

- التعاون مع الفرق المختلفة لتحقيق أهداف الجودة.
🎓 المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الغذاء أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في ضمان جودة الأغذية.
- معرفة قوية بمعايير HACCP، GMP، وISO.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل، القيادة، وإعداد التقارير.
- شهادة السلامة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
