Junior Technical Support
The candidate(s) will be responsible for providing technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.
Education or relevant experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 1~2 Years’ Experience
Required Skills:
• Skills and experience with network and security solutions, designs, and best practices
• Understanding of physical cabling required for network designs
• Knowledge in Networking & Hardware
• Network administration
• Excellent command of Arabic & English
• Cisco and Microsoft Certifications are preferable.
Qualifications and requirements:
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be customer focused and have the ability to manage and resolve solutions to complex technical issues
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Having a car is preferable
